Manufacturing time is from 2 days up to 2 weeks - depending on the type and complexity

Shipping to Switzerland and US/ Canada/ Australia is made every day, shipping to the EU countries – on Fridays - Saturdays.

As soon as an item has been shipped, it`s fully at the mercy of the postal service, so we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damages during transport. But we are always willing to make you happy with your accessories, so if you item arrived damaged, please - contact us – and we will try to solve this problem.

Each of our bridal hair accessories is handcrafted on a made to order basis in our studio. Because of that we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.
